The release of three people who allegedly killed 35-year-old Saidu Alhassan of Eppa village in Mokwa local government area of Niger at the Mokwa General
It was gathered that based on the advice of the director public prosecution’s office the suspects standing trial for the killing were released.
In a petition by Barrister Ahmed Gambo Saleh Esq on behalf of Eppa community, the community alleged acts by the office of public prosecution to advise on the release of the suspects. “We bring to the notice of the public on the purported falsification of the DPP’s advice on the murder of Alhassan Eppa on a hospital bed in Mokwa.
“The first three suspects with one master-minder is set to be set off the hook through the alleged advice from the DPP and it is being perpetrated by a staff member of the ministry who is a relation of the accused persons,” the petition said.
