According to him the procedures and mechanism for resolving disputes, and access to justice in a deeper sense also includes other considerations like the physical conditions of the locations where justice is dispensed, the time it takes for the delivery of justice, the affordability in terms of cost of seeking justice, the quality of legal.
The Attorney General of the Federation and Minister of Justice, Abubakar Malami, SAN in his keynote address pledges the continued support of the government to improve the capacity of judges for timely dispensation of SGBV cases. Meanwhile, Dame Pauline Tallen, Minister of Women Affairs in her goodwill message begs judges for efficient and timely dispensation of SGBV cases.
