Kano State Government, yesterday, arraigned a Chinese national, Geng Quangrong for alleged murder of 24-year-old Ummukulsum Sani Buhari in the state.
Quangrong was arraigned on a one-count charge of culpable homicide before Justice Sanusi Ado Ma’aji of Kano High Court.
But, Quangrong through his designated interpreter, Guo Cunru, denied the content of the charge and pleaded not guilty. Justice Sanusi, subsequently, adjourned to November16, 17 and 18 , 2022 for definite hearing on the murder charge.
