Governor Umahi, however, retained 15 Permanent Secretaries to work with the incoming administration, under Nwifuru’s watch.
The outgoing governor also retained the Head of Service, Mrs. Rita-Mary Okoro; his Senior Special Assistant on Religious and Welfare Matters, Rev. Fr. Abraham Nwali; Commissioner for Works and Transport, Mr. Ogbonnaya Abara; and the Commissioner for Aviation Technology, Mrs. Obianuju Alo. Umahi also re-appointed his Special Assistant on Airport Project, Frank Ngwu, Commissioner for Trade and Investment, and Mrs. Chioma Nweze as Consultant for the State Government for three months.All rights reserved.
