TEXEM UK, a leading executive education provider in the United Kingdom, has concluded its customised Judiciary Leadership Development programme titled “Strategic Leadership For Success in an unknown tomorrow” for participants from Nigeria.The programme, which took place in the UK from May 15 to May 19, was designed to equip Nigerian quasi-judiciary leaders with the necessary skills to navigate and succeed in challenging and unpredictable times.

The participants were hosted by the President of the First-tier Tribunal Tax Chamber, Upper Tribunal Judge Sinfield, and the President of the Upper Tribunal , the Hon. Mrs Justice Bacon DBE.The programme was facilitated by a team of distinguished and eminent thought leaders in leadership, strategy, and diplomacy, including Rt. Hon. James Duddridge, Ambassador Charles Crawford, Prof. Paul Griffith, Dr Alim Abubakre, Prof. Ian Kessler, and Musliu Adeola.

They also had the opportunity to network and exchange ideas with peers from different countries and jurisdictions, which helped to broaden their perspectives and enhance their understanding of the global judiciary landscape. In addition, this experience provided delegates with a practical perspective on applying the principles and concepts they had learned throughout the programme.
