Napoli manager, Luciano Spalletti has confirmed Victor Osimhen will start against AC Milan in the UEFA Champions League next week Tuesday.
Osimhen returned to action for the Partenopei in the 0-0 draw against Hellas Verona on Saturday night. The 24-year-old missed the first leg of the quarter-final defeat to AC Milan at the San Siro in midweek due to a muscle injury. “He’ll start, yes. Osimhen has this physicality and speed, you can throw the ball up to him and he can protect it, use his head or use a change of pace, he has so many different alternatives. He is a hero of these fans now, so there is always a wave of enthusiasm around him,” Spalletti told a press conference after the game against Verona.Napoli need to score two goals without conceding to scale through to the semi-finals.
