Uba Sani, governor of Kaduna, says the 32 general hospitals in the state have not been renovated in the last 20 years.
Sani spoke on Thursday when he hosted the All Progressives Congress stakeholders from the 23 LGAs of the state who paid him a homage for the Eid-el-Fitr at the government house in Kaduna. He said his administration has resolved to remodel, reconstruct and reequip six general hospitals — two in each of the three senatorial zones of the state.
“This is unacceptable. That is why we have decided to remodel and reconstruct at least six of the 32 general hospitals.“This project will be starting by the grace of God on Monday, that is in the next few days.
