MANILA, Philippines -- When the UAAP Season 82 men's volleyball tournament resumes, the University of the East Red Warriors hope to see more of their fans support them during games.

"This game, nakaka-proud sila kasi 'yung na-train namin, lumalabas na," said Guhit afterward. "At saka tingin ko naman, talagang gutom na gutom sila sa panalo eh." As expected, plenty of fans had shown up to watch the Fighting Maroons, who were coming off a sensational three-set sweep of Ateneo de Manila University in their first game of the season. That game saw rookie Louis Gamban become a breakout star for the Maroons for his power and flair while playing.

Thus, both Guhit and Josafat are hoping to see more UE fans show up to their games to boost their spirits as well.
