Flying Eagles winger Ibrahim Muhammad says his perfect strike against Argentina is for Nigeria’s new president, Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
Muhammad opened scoring for the Flying Eagles in the 2-0 win against hosts Argentina on Wednesday night. The youngster stabbed the ball home on 61 minutes after he was teed up by a superb pass from substitute, Emmanuel Umeh.“I dedicate my goal to our new president, Ahmed Bola Tinubu, and I really appreciate my teammates for their efforts to win,” Muhammad said in a post-match interview.
