The Federation of International Football Association (FIFA) on Saturday revealed the jersey numbers of Flying Eagles players ahead of the U-20 World Cup.
The Flying Eagles 21-man squad for the competition was released earlier this week by the Nigeria Football Federation .
AC Milan midfielder, Victor Eletu will don the famous number 10 jersey, while one of the new boys in the team, Lawal Salem Fago has been assigned number nine. Majority of the players, who were part of the team at the 2023 Africa U-20 Cup of Nations in February, kept their jersey numbers. The Flying Eagles are drawn in Group D at the World Cup with five-time winners, Brazil, Italy and debutants Dominican Republic.Related Topics:
