The Trade Union Congress, has condemned the non-implementation of the N30,000 new minimum wage by the Kogi State Government.

He lamented that the poor living conditions of workers in the state owing to the current inflation trend in the country which has depleted the 18,000 minimum wage the government pays to its workers. He called on the Governor to prevail on the committee to submit their report for onward implementation adding that, there is a need for the government to look into the welfare of workers such as promotion implementation, annual increments in a bid to raise the living standard of workers in Kogi State.
