Barring any last-minute change, the presidential tribunal sitting in Abuja is expected to deliver judgement on Wednesday, September 6, 2023.

The duo of Atiku and Obi are challenging the declaration of President Bola Tinubu as the winner of the February 25 election.

Confirming the date to our correspondent in a telephone interview, Registrar, Court of Appeal Umar Bangari said that September 6 has been fixed for the judgment. He said, ” Yes September 6 has been fixed for the tribunal judgement. We are working on a statement to that effect.”All rights reserved.
