A chieftain of the All Progressives Congress and member of the Presidential Campaign Council, Chief Godknows Powell, has called on the People’s Democratic Party to join President Muhammadu Buhari in rebuilding and repositioning the country.
The party chief in a statement in Yenagoa, Bayelsa State, described the Buhari’s victory at the tribunal as an eloquent testimony of his goodwill. He said: “I enjoin the Opposition People’s Democratic Party to demonstrate a sense of statesmanship in partaking in the tedious task of building and repositioning Nigeria on the corridor of prosperity.“President Buhari is a patriot that has unanimously expressed his quest to develop Nigeria and it is only apt that sundry Nigerians irrespective of their ethno- religious creed make supplication and support Mr. President Buhari to take Nigeria to an Eldorado”.
