Speaking after the game, the manager said he would not want the midfielder to leave the LaLiga side this summer, adding that it would be a major problem for the squad. The Nigerian midfielder would join Wolves for a reported €20 million and the player is expected to sign a five-year contract. 'Let's hope he doesn't leave. I'm against him leaving; he's a very important player, and this becomes more difficult every day,' Bordalás told the press after the game.
