At least six Paris Saint-Germain players have contacted the club to complain about comments attributed to Kylian Mbappe in an interview with France
In the interview, Mbappe also hit out at how he is viewed at the Ligue 1 club and the role PSG plays in that.“So, of course, it attracts gossip, but it doesn’t bother me because I know what I’m doing and how I do it,” the 24-year-old said.
Last month, Mbappe sent a letter to PSG, in which he stated that he does not intend to stay beyond the end of his contract next year. Now, according to Sky Sports, the situation has escalated, with six of his teammates, including two players signed this summer – taking exception to some of Mbappe’s recent comments.
They have spoken with president Nasser Al-Khelaifi to complain about Mbappe and his latest interview, in which he is critical of the club, recent signings and the French league.
