Chelsea are close to a final agreement with Villarreal over the signing of Jackson this summer transfer window.However, Chelsea will pay slightly more than the clause in exchange for more favourable payment terms. The report added that personal terms on a long-term contract have been agreed in principle between Chelsea and Jackson.
New Chelsea manager Mauricio Pochettino reportedly identified the 22-year-old attacker as a potential solution to the club’s striking issues.
