Hope was also heightened with the expected appointment of Enrique, a former Barcelona manager, at the helm of the Parisians. Speaking with Teledeporte via SPORT, Pedri was asked about a potential move to PSG where he could reunite with his former Spanish national team manager Enrique. The 20-year-old, however, debunked the rumour, stating that it is not what he has in mind but believes Enrique would be a good coach for PSG.
“It is not what I have in mind,” Pedri said. “I don’t know if Luis Enrique is going to sign players or not. In any case, I am sure he would be a good coach for PSG.”
