Tottenham vs Arsenal: Arteta reveals why he dropped Saka for London Derby
Arsenal Manager, Mikel Arteta, has given reasons for dropping Bukayo Saka against Tottenham Hotspur on Sunday.
The 18-year-old is enjoying a fine season with the Gunners and has scored four times and provided 10 assists so far. However, Arteta, dropped Saka to the bench for their 2-1 defeat at Spurs, preferring to start with Nicolas Pepe. He was asked to explain his decision ahead of the match and suggested he is merely resting the teenager.
“He’s played a lot of games, we have a lot of games coming up, we have to rotate some players, we had some issues during the week.
