Niger Tornadoes chairman, Ibrahim Dada has called on his players to brace up for the challenges of the new season.
The Ikon Allah will open their campaign against Abia Warriors at the Umuahia Township Stadium on Saturday. Dada made the call while addressing the players after the final training session ahead of the NPFL curtain raiser. He stated that he has personal interest in the opening match and therefore challenged the players to prove that they are capable of snatching point on the road.“This first match is for me, go out there and get me the maximum points and see what I can do,” he promised during his address.
“The coaches have trust and confidence in you and so is the management, we have no doubt that you can prove the doubters wrong.”
