The Lagos State Directorate of Public Prosecutions has ordered the trial of two members of the Oodua People’s Congress, Ogunbayo Waliu and Mukaila Salami, for the killing of a Togolese, Frank Afanvi.The legal advice was obtained by our correspondent despite claims by the Yaba Magistrate’s Court, Lagos State, where the defendants were arraigned, that the advice had not been issued.
