Wasilat AzeezThe United States government has advised its stakeholders in South Africa to start thinking about disaster management plans in case of a total collapse of Eskom’s power grid,Eskom is South Africa’s state-owned power company. It operates 15 coal-fired power stations that generate more than 80 percent of the country’s electricity, but regularly breaks down.
