‘Tinubu will not regret nominating me as minister’ – Wike

The former governor of Rivers State appeared on Monday before the Senate’s ministerial screening committee.

Former Governor Nyesom Wike of Rivers State said in Abuja on Monday that President Bola Ahmed Tinubu would not regret nominating him as minister.

Mr Wike told the committee that as governor in Rivers, he executed and inaugurated a series of capital projects. “I left as a hero; till 27 May, I was inaugurating projects. This can be achieved if you are dedicated.
