The minister said the centre was in bad shape before Tinubu directed its rehabilitation and upgrade, noting that since it was constructed in 1991, the AICC has not received a facelift.“No responsible leader would allow such a facility to be referred to as an international conference centre, given its deplorable state,” he said.
