The Nation Newspaper Tinubu mourns psssing of renowned academic, Ayo Banjo
has extended his condolences to the family of Emeritus Professor Ayodeji Banjo, a distinguished academic who passed away at the age of 90.
In a statement issued on Sunday by his Special Adviser on Media and Publicity,Ajuri Ngelale, President Tinubu described Professor Banjo as a “stout beacon of professional and moral excellence” who made immense contributions to the development of education in Nigeria. “The President celebrates the life and legacies of the late Emeritus Professor of English, renowned for his immense contributions to the development of education in Nigeria.
