The Senate received the list of nominees for ministers on Thursday from President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.

Barr. Hannatu Musawa is a remarkable woman who has made significant contributions to the legal field.

Hannatu Musawa has been heavily involved in Politics over the years. She contested for the federal house of representative’s legislative seat in her home state of Katsina. In July 2023, the state Women Leaders of the All Progressives Congress across all 36 states in Nigeria including that of Federal Capital Territory passed a vote of confidence on Betta Edu. They did this during their visit to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu at the Presidential Villa, Abuja.

Onyejocha political career started with her appointment in 2002 to the executive cabinet of Abia State as commissioner for Resource Management and Manpower Development by Governor Orji Uzor Kalu. She is recognised for the establishment of skill acquisition centres across Abia state. Determined to travel the miles of rough political highway , dotted with potholes of uncertainty that resists smooth drive, yet she wades through the forests of men to aspire for the ultimate office in the country.
