The Nation Newspaper Tinubu appoints Olaopa, 11 others into Federal Civil Service Commission
has appointed one-time Federal Permanent Secretary, Professor Tunji Olaopa, as the Chairman of the Federal Civil Service Commission , along with eleven other members.
The statement explained that the appointment was in exercise of President Tinubu’s powers as prescribed by the Constitutional provision, which instructs him to appoint chairmen and members for fourteen federal executive bodies. “Upon confirmation, the new FCSC leadership is expected to commence work with effect from November 30, 2023, following the expiration of tenure of the current Federal Civil Service Commission Chairman and membership on November 29, 2023.
