President Bola Tinubu has appointed renowned banker and businessman, Jim Ovia , as the chairman of the Board of the Nigerian Education Loan Fund . Ovia's appointment was announced in a statement signed by Tinubu's spokesman, Ajuri Ngelale , on Friday.
