Time to stand up to South Africa
The federal government should endeavour to find out the details of the contract that resulted in the $9.6bn claim by the British firm, P&ID. The petroleum ministry cannot afford to keep quiet over the development, and whoever is involved should be exposed. All hands should be on deck to ensure that no Nigerian asset is seized as being threatened, rather, those privy to the contract should be made to account for it.
