The Nation Newspaper Three police officers, one FRSC personnel dead in Enugu
Hoodlums at the weekend attacked a Police Station at Umuabor Eha-Alumona in Nsukka Local Government Area of Enugu State leaving two policemen dead.
Our correspondent learnt that the attack on Umuabor Eha-Alumona Police Station took place around 10 pm on Saturday. Before the Saturday incidents, the gunmen had in the previous night attacked a police checkpoint along Presidential Road, Enugu metropolis, killing two police officers, an incident that forced the Governor, Peter Mbah, to place a N10 million bounty on the killers, suspected to be the armed members of the IPOB/ESN criminal elements, who operated in three SUV jeeps.
