The police spokesperson assured that the case was under investigation and the perpetrators would be arrested and prosecuted.In another development, the police command apprehended a suspected kidnapper at Okada junction in Ovia north-east LGA of the state. The 35-year-old suspect was said to have been nabbed by the rapid response and intelligence unit of the command on March 28.
