Three persons have reportedly died in a road accident along the Ubulu-Okiti area of the Benin-Asaba-Onitsha Expressway in Delta State.
The Delta State Sector Commander of Federal Road Safety Corps , Udeme Eshiet who confirmed the accident, attributed driving all night and speed violation as a possible cause.
He said, “Both commercial vehicles were said to be coming from Agbor and heading towards Asaba when the crash occurred. “My men out there said 15 persons comprising nine males and six females, were involved in the accident “Operatives of FRSC rescued the injured victims to the hospital at Issele-Uku, while the corpses of the dead victims had been evacuated to the morgue.”Kindly share this story:
