Comment: What do I do when my boss has been made redundant?

What can you do about these circumstances? It's really tricky. I asked for some expert advice on the matter from Dr Sarah Kaine, an associate professor in the Centre for Business and Social Innovation at the University of Technology Sydney."The 'survivors' are in a tough position and may even experience what is known as 'survivor's guilt' that they were not part of the spill.
"This situation is the outcome of poor HR planning and a lack of understanding of human nature. The short answer to [the reader's question] is the 'survivors' are largely just going to have to ride it out."
