The Executive Secretary, Tertiary Education Trust Fund (TETFUND), Arc. Sonny Echono had visited the Federal University of Health Sciences, Otukpo, Benue State
Earlier, the Vice Chancellor of FUHSO, Prof. Innocent Ujah, had on behalf of the management staff and students of the University, expressed gratitude and appreciation to Arc. Echono for the visit and briefed him of the State of Affairs in the University. He also appealed for continuous support.
It is also the second Federal University in Benue State, after Federal University of Agriculture Makurdi and has its main campus located at Akwete-Akpa, Otukpo LGA, Benue State. On the occasion, the former Minister for Education, Adamu Adamu said its establishment was part of efforts to reverse the brain drain in the education and health sector.
