An interview between a radio station and a former Matildas star was abruptly cut short when she screamed in horror as thugs tried to hijack her car in what has been described as a 'very scary moment'.
Elissia Carnavas, who played for the Young Matildas against Singapore in 2001 and scored a goal in the game, was speaking on a weekly segment on SEN's The Global Game on Thursday night when it was abruptly interrupted by her high-pitch shrieks.
"I have no idea what has gone on there. I really hope Elissia is OK," the host said, before a producer could be heard asking her the same question in the background.
