TCN insists KEDCO owes N23bn energy debt
The Transmission Company of Nigeria has insisted that as at May, 2019, the Kano Electricity Distribution Company owed energy service providers about N23 billion, just as it denied owing the DisCo N3.2bn imbalance payment.
