Chairman of the Taraba State chapter of the Nigerian Union of Teachers , Comrade Nathan Solomon, has described as false, reports that the 18 months salary arrears owed teachers by the state government had been paid.
The chairman stated this in reaction to the recent rumour that the state government had cleared the salary arrears former governor Darius Ishaku could not pay before leaving office.
