SUSPECTED kidnap kingpin, Alhaji Hamisu Bala was arraigned on Monday before a Federal High Court in Abuja.
The others are: Aliyu Dadje , Auwalu Bala , Uba Bala Bashir Waziri , Zubairu Abdullahi and Rayyanu Abdul. On June 3, this year, a lawyer from the Federal Ministry of Justice, Shuaibu Labaran, told the court that the Attorney General of the Federation had taken over the prosecution of the case pursuant to his power under Section 174 of the Constitution.Labaran said the case file was handed to his office the previous day, adding that only six of the 20 defendants were present in court.
