'Everything that I buy is from charity shops mostly, and I think because the prices are so cheap it allows you to experiment'

Fashion lovers are becoming more and more sustainable when it comes to shopping for new pieces for their wardrobe. Saving the planet while also saving them some cash at the same time, charity shops have become a hotspot for young people looking to change up their style on a budget.

Then I’ve got this dress here which I think is Atmosphere. It’s absolutely gorgeous. It has these sequins on it which are just so lovely. I’m just wearing this really nice blouse underneath.

“I’m a frequent charity shopper and I have to say one of my favourite finds has to be this amazing coat I got which is the warmest coat in the world. It goes right down to my toes and it’s like faux lambskin and fake-fur lined and I paid just a tenner for it.”For Joseph Cotton, he describes himself as a 50/50 shopper when it comes to sustainable shopping.

“It’s really important obviously to be more sustainable because it stops wastage of clothes and reduces carbon emissions. She said charity shopping is the best way for people to explore their fashion sense without spending a fortunate - as well as it being the environmentally responsible thing to do.
