The former Head of Civil Service in Abia State, Onyii Wamah who was suspended by Governor Alex Otti has handed over files and documents to the acting Head
He performed the handover in his office at Library Avenue, as monitored by DAILY POST.
Also at the Abia State Ministry of Small and Medium Scale Enterprises and New Business Development, the former Perm Sec, Mr Nkwachikwu Agomo handed over to Mr Ngozi Osuagwu who is the highest ranking official in the Ministry.
