Osun State Command of the Nigeria Police Force on Thursday said some suspects have been arrested in connection with the bloody
About five people were killed between Sunday and Tuesday at Imo, Sabo/Irojo Junction and Oke Omiru -all within Ilesa metropolis by Ave and Eye cult groups battling for supremacy in the town.on Thursday, the state Police Public Relations Officer, Yemisi Opalola, said, “Some arrest have made”, but declined given the number of those so far arrested.
Opalola, who said operatives were still on the trail of some of the suspected perpetrators of the crime, added that normalcy had returned to the town.
