Troops of Operation Safe Haven have arrested a suspected kidnapper at a checkpoint in Ankwa village of Sanga Local Government Area of Plateau State.The commander of the operation, Major General Augustine Agundu, said the suspect, who was arrested on a motorcycle had attempted to bribe his troops during the search which they turned down.
