Super Eagles players and coaches are currently heading back to Nigeria after spending more than 16 hours in an airport in Libya.

The Super Eagles players were held at the Al Abaq airport as they were not granted approval to fly to Benghazi for the match and there was no aviation jet in the chartered jet of the Nigerian team.the withdrawal of the Nigerian team from the qualifying match.
