An estimated one hundred thousand people have fled to neighboring countries to flee the fighting in Sudan. This number may rise substantially, the UN fears. International aid agencies are rushing to stave off a looming humanitarian crisis.

The desperate rush to leave Khartoum continues. Sudanese and foreigners take advantage of openings left by a delicate ceasefire to try to get out of the Sudanese capital.
