Former President Goodluck Jonathan on Thursday expressed the belief that South Africa’s election holding on May 8 would provide another opportunity for people of the country to deepen their democracy.The former President, who has arrived South Africa, is leading the election observation mission of the Electoral Institute for Sustainable Democracy in Africa to observe South Africa’s national and provincial elections.
