Nnamchi, a former university lecturer, is representing Enugu East/Isi-Uzo Federal Constituency.
Unitil his election, only a section of people in the constituency decided occupiers of all political offices in the area. He said it was an indication that anybody within his constituency, especially youths, can achieve great things notwithstanding their humble or low beginning.“Taking a previous perspective, you can only become somebody by coming from a particular place in this constituency or by your genealogy before now.
