Sokoto: PDP loses as tribunal rules in favour of APC
Kokani of All Progressive Congress defeated Dasuki of Peoples Democratic Party during the 2019 election for Kebbe/Tambuwal Federal Constituency in Sokoto state.
Counsel to Kokani Mr Solomon Alimasunya, and that of APC, Mr Nuhu Adamu led one witness and denied all the allegations on behalf of the Respondents. Muhammad-Ubale said the witnesses presented by the petitioner could not relate the happenings and admitted exhibits during their testimonies.
