The Executive Secretary Yobe State Emergency Management Agency, , Dr. Mohammed Goje gave the charge while representing government of the state at the presentation and distribution of food, drugs and other medical consumables to sinckle cell victims in Potiskum town on Saturday.
He also reminded that, the blood disease is irreversible and incurable, hence assisting victims becomes imperative for them to have sense of belonging. “His Excellency, Mai Mala Buni has mandated the SEMA to support and organize training to build the capacity of such organizations”, he said.
