Two siblings who survived a horrific five-vehicle accident on the North-South Highway remain unaware that their parents have passed away. The children, Muhammad Uwais Al-Qarni Khairul Ikhwan, 7, and Nur Sofea Humaira, 4, are still recovering from the crash, which included surgery for a broken leg. The details of their parents' deaths have been kept from them as they are still undergoing treatment and are emotionally fragile.
