Seven persons have been killed in a fresh attack yesterday at Kpachudu village of Bassa Local Council, Plateau State, but nine survived the assailants’ gunshots.
The National Public Relations Officer of Irigwe Youth Movement , Lawrence Zango, told journalists that the attack was carried out from 7.00p.m. on Saturday till 3.00a.m. yesterday, despite the presence of police mobile officers in the area.The Police Public Relations Officer , Ubah Ogaba, said they were aware of the incident, but were on top of the situation. He confirmed that four people died and 50 houses burnt.CONSEQUENTLY, former Minister of Federal Capital Territory , Lt-Gen.
