Emegha told newsmen after the distribution of voting materials that adequate arrangements had been made, including provision of security, to ensure a peaceful exercise. But the primaries turned out bloody in some parts of the state as party supporters were battered by political thugs.In Ekka community, Ezza North Local Government Area, for instance, some persons are seen in a viral video with varying degrees of injuries on different parts of their bodies.
